Unfortunely the same happened against Suffolk in the second match on the first day when they also beat Hampshire 6-2. This time Smith was the only player to win her singles match beating Isabelle Eaton 0-4, 4-2, 1-0 (8). Hayamizu lost to Justice Hall 5-4 (5), 4-2 and Maddie McLoughlin beat Wheeler 4-2, 4-0. Eaton/McLoughlin then defeated Smith/Vinnell again in the third set tie-break in the doubles match 1-4, 4-2, 1-0(9).

The girls won 8-0 with Hignett beating Harriet Bradley 4-0, 4-0, Wheeler defeating Holly Drew 4-2, 4-2 and Smith winning against Daisy Chapman 4-0, 4-0 in the singles. Hayamizu/Vinnell beat Chapman/Drew 4-1, 4-2 in the doubles and the team finished in third place in the Group B with Staffordshire winning overall.

The teams then competed in the group playoffs where Group A winners Middlesex played Staffordshire to decide the overall National champion. Hampshire faced Warwickshire for the 5/6th play-off match, who had also finished in third place in Group A. The girls secured fifth place with a 6-2 scoreline after winning all three singles matches. Hayamizu beat Amelia Perrin-Tilt 4-0, 4-2, Wheeler beat Lucy Gribben 4-0, 4-2 and Smith defeated Mary Hoggard 4-2, 4-2. Hignett/Vinnell were unlucky in the doubles losing to Hoggard/Gribben in three sets 4-1, 3-5, 1-0 (8) but it did not affect the final result. The overall National placings were as follows from first to last, Middlesex, Staffordshire, Lancashire, Suffolk, Hampshire, Warwickshire, Cheshire and Cornwall.
