Queen Mary’s College (QMC) PE teacher Sarah Goldson and Totally Tennis coach Shyam Vithlani took eight students to see the world’s top players battle it out in the ATP World Tour Finals at the O2 in London.
They had a real treat and saw Goldson’s favourite player Roger Federer win the group and his match against Kei Nishikori. The three set battle saw Federer win 7-5, 4-6, 6-4
Goodson said “The students really enjoyed it, many of whom had not been to the event before. The Federer/Nishikori match was a real battle and very exciting to watch.”
