Tip 2: Using the Left Hand on the Backhand Volley

Keep your left hand on the racket for longer when preparing for a backhand volley. This will stop you from taking the racket too far back so it will help you get a better contact point out in front of you.

Wrong –  The left hand has gone behind

Correct –  The left hand is supporting the racket and staying out in front
