Tip 3: Improving your serve

To improve your serve make sure that when you are in the pre-throw position that your elbow is away from your body to help you get a better throwing action of the racket towards the ball.


Wrong – The elbow is tucked in the body.


Correct –  This is a good pre throw position with the elbow higher.
