Tip 10: Inside Out Forehand

A good body position and  racket angle will send the ball cross court with a good angle.

Wrong – body position to far behind the ball, racket is not far enough away from the body, contact point is on the back of the ball.

Correct – body position is more to the side of the ball, arms pushed away from body, contacting the inner side of the ball, making sure racket angle is slightly closed and pointing in the direction of the target, this will send the ball cross court with a good angle.
