Guhan Plays A Starring Role at the Nature Valley International in Eastbourne

Totally Tennis mini performance player Guhan Chendhilkumar, 9 won the honour of carrying out the coin toss for semi-finals between Lukáš Lacko versus Marco Cecchinatoat at the Nature Valley International in Eastbourne last Friday.

Guhan was entered into the draw to win one of three such experiences, that took place at the series of Nature Valley tournaments, when his father Chendhil signed him and his twin brother Gevin up for their British Tennis Membership. He attended the event with his brother and mother and the three got to watch the matches that took place on Centre Court.

The family enjoyed their day in Eastbourne where they were looked after by the LTA membership manager and were given exclusive tour of players lounge and behind the scenes. Guhan was given a quick training on how to toss the coin by the match referee.

Chendhil said, “Both Guhan and Gevin found the trip very inspirational.”
