We asked performance players and coaches Liam and Isla Hignett to give us some tennis training exercises that can be practiced at home, either indoors or in the garden, to keep everyone active over this period of enforced self-isolation.
The first series of six exercises, that can be performed alone or with a sibling/parent, include the following (demonstration videos will be published on our social media over the coming days). There will also be a series of fun games.
