October Half Term Tennis Camps

Looking for healthy alternative for your children in the upcoming October Half Term break? Want your children to have fun and learn a new sport in the holidays? Then Totally Tennis has just the answer and places are filling up fast. Children can keep active whilst having lots of fun and learn a new sport with the club’s popular Holiday Tennis Camps.

Packed with opportunities to learn and play tennis the sessions will take place at the Indoor Centre in the War Memorial Park, Basingstoke. Tennis Camps will running all week from Monday 23rd – Friday 27th October from 9.00am – 4.00pm (full day*) and bookable in various options (morning, afternoon and full-day).

IMG_1382 Tennis camps are great fun and include lots of games and mini-competitions for both new and experienced players alike for all children aged four to fifteen years. It’s a safe environment with Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) fully qualified, licensed and experienced coaches and the centre has OFSTED accreditation.

20170829_174653Hampshire & IOW Junior County Championships 2017 – Cooper Kirby won an impressive four titles; the 14 & under Boys Singles, the 16 & under Boys Singles as well as both the 14 & under and 16 & under Doubles titles with partner Alfie Reynolds.

Totally Tennis Summer Camps 2017

Wimbledon has finished which means the long school summer holidays are on the horizon and Totally Tennis has the perfect solution for parents looking to keep their children fit and healthy and burn off some of their energy.

The club will be running its popular tennis and multi-sport camps at its centre’s in the War Memorial Park*. The camps are a great chance for juniors to improve their sports skills, fitness and make new friends. With indoor and outdoor courts available the fun continues whatever the British ‘summer’ weather has in store. *Book sessions at the War Memorial Park by the Wednesday 19th July to secure 10% off with the early booking offer.

Packed with opportunities to learn and play tennis, weekly activities also include basketball, football, rounders, hockey combined with lots of fun and games. The scheme has received OFSTED accreditation and the sessions are run by experienced LTA qualified and fully licensed coaches. Sessions will be available from Wednesday 26th July – Thursday 31st August at the indoor centre in the War Memorial Park (WMP).

Sessions can be booked for the Morning (9.00am – 12 noon), Afternoon (1.00pm –4.00pm) or Full Day* (9.00am – 4.00pm), children can be dropped off from 8:30am. Please see prices for WMP sessions below including details of the special two and five day package offers.

Children need to bring packed lunches and drinks and be dressed appropriately for the weather (suncream if sunny, warm clothing if it’s cold) as they may be playing inside and outside.

*Children must be aged 5 years or over to stay for the whole day. Please note refunds will only be given with 48 hours notice. Those coming for a full day will be supervised during the lunch break and rackets will be provided for those who don’t have one. All children must be signed in and out at reception. Please ensure any medication/inhalers is readily available and staff have been informed prior to leaving the child/children. Photos make be taken for use on this blog and our social media sites, if you object to your child/children’s images being used please inform reception.

May Half Term Tennis Camps

Looking for healthy alternative for your children in the May Half Term break? Want your children to have fun and learn a new sport in school holidays? Then Totally Tennis has just the answer ……….

Children can keep active whilst having lots of fun and learn a new sport in the school holidays with the clubs popular Tennis Camps that will be running Totally Tennis’ tow venues in Basingstoke. Sessions will be running at the indoor centre in the War Memorial Park (9am – 4.00pm) and at Hampshire Court (8.30am – 4,30pm) from Tuesday 30th May until Friday 2nd June as morning, afternoon and full-day options.

The scheme has OFSTED accreditation and the sessions are run by our experienced Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) qualified and licensed coaches. Sessions at both venues will include tennis and multi-sports activities. Children must be 5 and over to stay for the full day. Each child should dress appropriately for tennis activities and need to bring a packed lunch, drinks and wear sunscreen if the weather is good. Children will be supervised throughout the day, including lunch breaks and swimming sessions.

Rackets will be provided for those who need one. Please note refunds will only be given with 24 hours notice and sessions need a minimum number of participants in order to take place. As a result of a cancellation by Totally Tennis an alternative will be offered.
